• Furthermore, discover how we can start to correct this affection and recover our health, vision, and well-being.
• Helping people with vision refraction errors, mainly myopia and astigmatism, to prevent and start to correct their vision and the health and well-being associated problems.
• And for everyone, advance in the comprehension of their habits, changing to healthy habits, preventing illness, and improving the health, vision, and wellbeing.
• With the practice of Mira Method, start to correct your vision, and recover your health, and quality of life.
• Discover the guidelines and science to obtain it, recommending embedding the practice in a light physical activity (walking) to incorporate it in our habits and achieve all the health benefits.

In this version, with the aim to focus on the general aspects there is only a chapter introducing Section II (complementary part of Section I).

Research work, which starts as a personal project of the author, an engineer, Master in Science in Civil Engineering, that doesn’t belong to the health field, faced with the need to take some action to improve his vision, health, and quality of life. The important improvements obtained, the discoveries, findings, and research, give this book as result.

A scientific project, with an empiric base, where we start out with the observation and experimentation to develop a new theory that moves away from the actual one.
